SINGAPORE : Singapore Management University (SMU) will soon offer new professional courses in the energy and shipping sectors.

SMU's International Trading Institute, which is a tripartite collaboration between SMU, International Enterprise Singapore and leading industry partners, has signed deals with the Energy Management Institute (EMI) and the Institute of Chartered Shipbrokers (ICS).

Starting in February this year, SMU will offer courses based on EMI's "Oil Industry Competency Path" curriculum.
